The project emphasizes modern lifestyle requirements with spacious interiors, open balconies, natural ventilation, and carefully planned circulation spaces. The façade composition combines premium materials, subtle lighting, and vertical design elements to create a timeless and luxurious appearance. Every detail of the residence was designed to deliver comfort, aesthetics, and a premium living experience.
Designing a narrow vertical elevation while maintaining visual balance and openness was one of the key challenges of the project. The façade needed to appear luxurious without becoming visually heavy or overcrowded. Achieving proper natural lighting and ventilation across all levels also required careful planning due to the compact urban context. Integrating greenery into the modern elevation while maintaining low maintenance aesthetics was another important consideration. The project demanded a perfect balance between contemporary style, functionality, and timeless appeal.
The design approach focused on creating a sophisticated urban residence that feels both luxurious and functional. Vertical architectural elements were introduced to enhance the height perception of the building while maintaining a clean and balanced composition.
